The Skylark Federation are looking for an Individual Needs Assistant to join our welcoming and friendly school at Barcombe. The role would primarily involve working with one child supporting them with their learning within a classroom setting along.
Training will be provided prior to working with the child so that the successful candidate will be able to provide excellent care, follow all the correct procedures and policies for the child's care.
The successful candidate will liaise with class teachers, support assistants and outside agencies to support the child and promote well-being and improve attendance and attainment.
We are a popular group of schools, and we would love to welcome you to our Federation.
All training and guidance will be provided for the successful candidate.
The hours of work are 8.30am until 3.15pm.
