The Skylark Federation are looking for an Individual Needs Assistant and Breakfast Club Leader to join our welcoming and friendly school at Plumpton Primary School. This position is fixed term as it is working with a child. The role would primarily involve working with a child supporting them with their learning within a classroom setting. Training will be provided so that the successful candidate will be able to provide excellent care, follow all the correct procedures and policies.
The successful candidate will liaise with class teachers, support assistants and outside agencies to support the children and promote well-being and improve attendance and attainment.
The role is to also lead breakfast club which is welcoming those children into school, providing a breakfast of cereal or toast and having activities for the children.
We are a popular group of schools and we would love to welcome you to our Federation. All training and guidance will be provided for the successful candidate.
